Tanner x 3sixteen Tote.
We just released these waxed canvas totes that were co-designed and produced by Tanner Goods in Portland, OR. I’ve built friendships with these guys over the past year and a half and am excited to see a product we’ve been working on finally come to fruition.
As far as the bag itself goes, it’s crafted of 10oz waxed canvas and English Bridle leather straps. The fabric was sourced from the last North American manufacturer of waxed canvas – upon discovering them, I knew we had to put their product to use somehow. The leather was also sourced by Tanner from the Pacific Northwest, and sewn together in Portland, OR. That means the entire bag and its materials are made in the USA.
Also, special thanks go to our intern Shimon for modeling the bag, and to my Canon 50/1.4 for finally taking a non-blurry photo. I think there’s something wrong with my camera body… it used to take great pictures but is slowly dying.
