Morning Elixir.

My good friends Wilson and Norm have begun roasting their own coffee and the results, I must say, are quite impressive thus far. This is a cup of Kenyan coffee that they brewed last night with a siphon coffee maker – it was so good that I saved the leftovers and brought them work with me the next day. I love the floral and berry notes that are present in the Kenyan beans, and the siphon coffee maker produces a very smooth, clean brew that isn’t murky.
