Stumptown Costa Rica.

A gift from Liz at Stumptown:

Although I wouldn’t call myself a hardcore coffee aficionado (yet), I am starting to recognize what types of beans I enjoy more than others. My favorites skew towards Central and South American coffees (Bolivian, Colombian and Guatemalan) and this Costa Rican single origin from Stumptown is no exception.

  1. Yes… the coffee from CR is really good.
I’ve visited there twice and always bring back as much as I can.
There is nothing like drinking really good coffee from Costa Rica, in Costa Rica.

  2. Practicing for the next “Stump the Barista”? :)

I tend to like the South American coffees too. I’m sure there’s plenty more to explore, but so far the coffees I like have nutty, wood, tobacco, caramel or chocolate notes.
